Every workspace gets a free branded subdomain immediately. Connect a domain you own and it is served under your brand with automatic SSL, provisioned and monitored for you — you add two DNS records and the rest happens on its own.

Feeders, supplies and anything else you sell alongside animals get a shop, either entered by hand or mirrored read-only from your own Square catalogue. A buyer can pay for an animal or take a deposit that reserves it and pulls it off your available list until you release it.
The money settles into your own Square account. HerpSync never holds it and takes no cut, and the sale books itself into your ledger against the right animal.
Enquiries land in your customer list
The contact form is not an email relay. An enquiry creates or fills in a customer record, so the person asking about a hatchling in March is already in your CRM when the clutch is ready in June. Existing details are filled in where they are missing and never overwritten.

Common questions
Do I need to know how to build a website?
No. You pick a theme, a menu position and which pages are switched on; the content comes from records you are already keeping. Writing your own pages is optional.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, on Breeder and Commercial plans. Add a domain you own, point two DNS records at us, and your site is served under it with automatic SSL. Every plan also gets a free subdomain.
Does HerpSync take a cut of my sales?
No. Payments run through your own connected Square account and settle directly to you. HerpSync never touches the money and takes no percentage.
