Are there any single-gene gargoyle gecko morphs?
Not among the established traits. Every trait in HerpSync's gargoyle gecko dataset is polygenic — striping, reticulation, mottling and the colour traits are all produced by many genes and fixed by selective breeding. Anyone selling a gargoyle trait as a simple recessive should be asked for the proof.
